A delicious twist on traditional quesadillas with cheeseburger flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes and pickles.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and add a portion of the beef mixture.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Use turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter option.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with black beans.
- Feel free to add bell peppers or mushrooms to the filling.
