 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 4 cups beef broth
 - 2 cups potatoes, diced
 - 1 cup carrots, diced
 - 1 cup celery, diced
 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon mustard
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
 - Pour in beef broth and add diced potatoes, carrots, and celery.
 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
 - Add shredded cheddar cheese and milk to the pot. Stir until cheese melts.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve hot and enjoy.
