Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter and milk, then add it to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and minced garlic until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
