Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Slowly add milk while stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
- Combine cheese sauce with pasta. Mix well.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
