Description

Cheesy ravioli lasagna is a comforting dish that layers ravioli with rich cheese and marinara sauce for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (25 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add a layer of marinara sauce over the cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Finish with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cheese ravioli with spinach or meat ravioli for different flavors.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
