- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package of flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place some of the cooked meat and cheese on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and press down gently.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the folded tortilla until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and let cool for a minute.
- Slice into sticks and serve with salsa.
