Description

Cheesy taco sticks are a delicious and easy-to-make snack. They combine the flavors of tacos with gooey cheese, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place some of the cooked meat and cheese on one half.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and press down gently.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the folded tortilla until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and let cool for a minute.
  8. Slice into sticks and serve with salsa.
