Ingredients

- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cherry pie filling evenly over dough.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
