- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Substitute chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat.
- Use any vegetables you like, such as bell peppers or zucchini.
- For a dairy-free option, skip the cheese.
