 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
 - 2 cups cooked rice
 - 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
 - 1 avocado, sliced
 - 1 lime, cut into wedges
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add chicken and fajita seasoning, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
 - Add bell pepper and onion, cook until tender.
 - In a bowl, layer rice, black beans, and chicken mixture.
 - Top with avocado slices and lime wedges.
 - Serve immediately.
