Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon korma spice mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and korma spice mix for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
