- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by flattening the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
