- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup green beans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Add the chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, and green beans around the chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
