Description
A comforting chicken rice broccoli casserole with Velveeta cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, and broccoli.
- Add cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with extra broccoli and mushrooms.
- Add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
