- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions of the chocolate mixture.
- Roll each portion into a ball and dust with cocoa powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- You can add flavors like orange zest or peppermint extract for variety.
