- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine baking soda and salt. Gradually add this to the peanut butter mixture.
- Fold in the M&M’s.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if you have a nut allergy.
- Use sugar alternatives for a lower-calorie option.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
