Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda and salt. Gradually add this to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the M&M’s.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
