Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add egg and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll each piece in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

- You can substitute cream cheese with dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan version.
