  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar filling, then top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. While muffins cool, mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze. Drizzle over muffins.
