  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, warm the milk until it is lukewarm.
  2. Add yeast to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  4. Add softened butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  9. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  10. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices.
  11. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
