			- 1 box of white cake mix
 - 1 cup of coconut milk
 - 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, coconut milk, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
 - Mix until smooth and well combined.
 - Fold in the shredded coconut.
 - Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free cake mix.
 - You can substitute coconut milk with almond milk for a dairy-free version.
