- 100g pancetta

- 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook pancetta over medium heat until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain pasta and reserve some cooking water.
- Add hot pasta to the pan with pancetta.
- Remove from heat and mix in egg and cheese mixture, adding reserved water if needed.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately with extra cheese if desired.
