Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and celery mixture.
- Add grapes and walnuts if you are using them.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with more mayonnaise for a creamier texture.
- Use cooked turkey instead of chicken for a different flavor.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat mayonnaise.
