Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup ketchup for the topping.
- Spread the topping over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the center reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
