Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked rice and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to freezer-safe containers.
- Top with the remaining cheese before sealing.
- Label the containers with the date and contents.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To reheat, microwave or bake until heated through.
