Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in spinach, salt, and pepper until spinach wilts.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan.
- Toss everything together and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- Use any seasonal vegetables instead of spinach.
