Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain the rigatoni and add it to the sauce. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
