- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
