A comforting recipe for copycat Longhorn steakhouse dish.

			- 1 lb beef sirloin steak
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Rub the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
 - Place the steak on the grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
 - During the last minute of cooking, add butter to the pan to melt.
 - Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
 - Slice the steak against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley.
