Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a pan, heat the blended sauce over low heat.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine.
