Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
- Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Mix gently to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Substitute kidney beans or chickpeas for black beans.
- Use any color bell pepper for variety.
