- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, and egg until smooth.
- Add black beans, corn, cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, bell pepper, and onion. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
