Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and gently stir until the bread is soaked.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
