Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is soft.

- Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
