Ingredients

- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese over low heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, cooked ground meat, onion, and bell pepper.
- Mix in garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add corn.
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
