- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained
- 2 cups vegetable broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and vegetable broth.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
