A warm and comforting cranberry brie sourdough pull apart bread, perfect for sharing during the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the sourdough bread into cubes without slicing all the way through.
- Slice the brie into small pieces and tuck them into the cuts of the bread.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce into the cuts of the bread.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the bread.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute brie with cream cheese for a different flavor.
- Use store-bought cranberry sauce or make your own with fresh cranberries.
- Fresh herbs can be swapped with dried herbs if needed.
