- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until onions are soft.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
