  • 200ml cream
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add beef mince to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
