- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Add the bell peppers and onions. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the pasta is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
