Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
