 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/2 cup cornstarch for coating
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
 - Coat each salmon piece in cornstarch.
 - Place the coated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the salmon bites.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
 - Serve warm and enjoy.
