Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Add uncooked spaghetti and stir.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until spaghetti is cooked.
- Stir in shredded cheese before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pasta.
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or a plant-based protein.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for more nutrition.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
