Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Place the browned beef in the crockpot.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
