Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a crockpot, layer the sliced onions at the bottom.
- Place the meatballs on top of the onions.
- In a separate bowl, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and let it melt for a few minutes.
