- 2 pounds of chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove chicken and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot sauce.
- Cook on high for an additional 15 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve warm with rice or vegetables.

- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs if preferred.
