A delicious and easy-to-make crunchy southwestern chicken wrap that is perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, and salsa.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Add slices of avocado and some shredded lettuce on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use turkey or tofu instead of chicken for a different taste.
- Try adding diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Use gluten-free tortillas if you have gluten sensitivities.
