Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers. Make sure they are free from pesticides.
- Rinse the flowers gently in water.
- Boil water in a large pot, then add the dandelion flowers.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the liquid.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Bring the mixture back to a boil. Cook until it thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
- Pour the syrup into sterilized jars.
- Let it cool before sealing.
