  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
  5. Add the green beans and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
