- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Use fresh vegetables if you prefer, like bell peppers or zucchini.
