 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

 - Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.

 - Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
