- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1 package of pre-made croissants
- 1/2 cup cooked ham or turkey (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add in the cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked ham or turkey if using. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the croissants in half and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
- This recipe can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free bread.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the ham or turkey.
